I'm not a resort weekender — when I go, I want to cover terrain efficiently across variable snow states. Groomers, pow, and the transition slop between them. These are working notes from multiple seasons on the same kit.

Board Response

Edge-to-edge response matters most in hard-pack and icy morning conditions. This setup holds a clean line without feeling locked in — there's enough flex mid-board to absorb chop without washing out in hard turns.

Binding Retention

After multiple seasons, no hardware creep — the base plate-to-board connection stays solid. I re-torque once per season as a habit; it has never needed it. Strap integrity after impact falls remains intact.

Durability

Base scratches are cosmetic and expected. The edges show normal season wear. No delamination or core damage after real terrain use including some rock contact on spring runs.
